PIB has been established as a California corporation for over 20 years. And is accredited  by NACCAS (The National Accreditation Commission of Cosmetology Arts and Sciences)

Mission and Educational  Objectives

At PIB our mission and prime objective is to offer our students the training to assist them to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to pass the California State - Barbering and Cosmetology department examinations required for a state license. Our prime vocational objective is to train and produce knowledgeable graduates able to seek and find entry level employment in the beauty industry. Our successful students should be able to function effectively in the many specialty areas such as:

°Hair Stylist
°Hair Colorist
°Manicurist
°Make-up Artist
°Beauty Salon Operator

Normal progression based on experience and personal efforts, should move him/her to positions such as:

°Beauty Salon Manager
°Beauty Salon Owner
°Cosmetology Teacher
°School Supervisor Director
°School Owner

Financial Aid

PIB is also recognized by the United States  Department of Education (USDE) as an eligible institution to participate in the Federal PELL Grant Program, Federal Supplement Education Opportunity Grant and the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program. Through  these grants and program, those students who qualified are awarded a grant or a loan to attend school.  For students who do not qualify for federal financial aid, PIB offers an installment option plan to fit a student's individual needs.
